Medusa's Wrath is a new powerful offensive attack from the downloadable DLC that allows the player to instantly kill humans or infected such as the Brawler Hunter and even the monstrous Goliath's ready to be consume, and even make Alex Mercer vulnerable to finishing moves with one shot from the "energy beam". This attack also destroys vehicles and helicopters with one direct hit.
