James Heller: "Well then just stay put, and don't go causing any panic, alright. I'll be there tomorrow night."

Colette Heller was the wife of James Heller. James had to leave after been called by his duty, leaving Collette and their daughter Amaya. When James returned he found out that his family was killed during the viral outbreak.

During this time there was a viral outbreak, resulting in infection and deaths. Blackwatch, a military organization had quarantined the city. A group of Infected are said to have barged into Heller's residence and killed her, along with her daughter (although was said to be dead). Fueled with intense sorrow and rage at the death of his family, Heller signs up for multiple suicide missions into the Red Zone.
