The Chaos Creator Mode is a force multiplier that turns the world into an infected warzone. It is only available in the Excessive Force Pack.
When enabled, this will make any zone in the Prototype 2 map filled with infected, including transport trucks with soldiers fighting the Infected. You can activate it anytime with RADNET in your menu.
This mode disables achievements.
